Danny An

Danny An has worked in the Human Resources field since 2013. Danny began their career as a Human Resources Assistant at the Canadian Red Cross in 2013. In 2014, they became a Technical Recruiter at Comtech Group. The following year, Danny An worked as a Technical Recruiter and Senior Technical Recruiter at Robert Half Technology. From 2016 to 2020, Danny An worked at Influitive in various roles, including Technical Recruiter, Manager of People & Culture, Senior Manager of People & Culture, and Head of People & Culture. In 2020, Danny An joined Versapay as Director of People Operations, and was promoted to Senior Director of People Operations. Danny is currently the Head of People at Alloy Automation.

Danny An obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management with Honours from York University between 2010 and 2014. Danny also obtained a Talk Master Certification from Speaker Labs in July 2017, a Certificate of Completion for Beginner, Intermediate and Advanced Excel Workshops from York University in March 2014, a Certified Human Resources Professional from the Human Resources Professionals Association in 2014, and a Human Resources Information Systems 1-Day Seminar from York University in March 2013.
