David Lopes

David Lopes is a seasoned professional in the legal field, currently serving as a Senior Corporate Paralegal at Alloy Therapeutics, Inc. since February 2024. With a strong entrepreneurial spirit, David founded ARDSLEY in January 2020, a minority-owned women's athletic generalist shop offering clothing, health products, and community services. Previously, David held senior paralegal roles at Goodwin, LPL Financial, and Boston Consulting Group, focusing on corporate transactions, due diligence, and SEC filings. Experience also includes positions at Selecta Biosciences, Hemenway & Barnes, Latham & Watkins, and Vertex Pharmaceuticals, encompassing a range of corporate paralegal duties and contract management. David earned a BA in Legal Studies from the University of Massachusetts Amherst in 2010.
