Gael Guetard

Gael Guetard is the Rapid Alloy Research Centre Director at Alloyed (OxMet Technologies), focusing on improving alloys and metamaterials for traditional and additive manufacturing. With a background in Metallurgical Engineering and Materials Science, Gael has experience in R&D and process engineering at Aubert & Duval, as well as internships at Sandia National Laboratories and University of Florida. With a Ph.D. from the University of Cambridge, Gael's expertise lies in computational optimization and accelerating alloy innovation through developing capabilities and fostering partnerships with industrial and academic partners.
