Clare McCrudden

Clare McCrudden serves as the Operations Excellence Manager at Allpoints Fibre since August 2022, bringing extensive experience in operations and technical training. Prior to this role, Clare worked as the Operations Compliance Manager for Telent Technology Services Ltd from May 2021 to August 2022, specifically on the City Fibre project. From March 2007 to May 2021, Clare held several positions at Virgin Media, including Regional Technical Trainer, where expertise in coaching and technical training in RF theory, DOCSIS, and broadband was developed. Clare also worked as a Service and Install Technician and a contractor Install Engineer, focusing on fault finding and installation services. Earlier experience includes serving as a Customer Service Supervisor at Trinity Mirror plc from July 2001 to March 2007. Education was completed at St Marys College, Crosby.
