Paul Hickman

Paul Hickman is an experienced IT leader with a career spanning over three decades in digital workplace technologies and information technology management. Currently serving as the Head of Information Technology at AllPoints Fibre since March 2024, Paul previously held significant roles at Virgin Media O2 as Director of Digital Workplace & EUC, responsible for multi-tier support and collaboration technologies. Prior to this, Paul was Director of Digital Workplace Technologies at both Virgin Media and Liberty Global, leading teams to deliver strategic direction and operational excellence across various collaboration and workplace technologies. Earlier positions include the Head of Digital Workplace & Governance at Virgin Media and Support Manager roles at Telewest and BAE Systems. Paul holds a BTEC National Diploma in Computer Science from Brooklands College.
