Phil Gardin

Currently serving as the Head of Procurement Commercial Contract Management at AllPoints Fibre, Phil previously held key leadership roles including Head of Supply Chain at Giganet and Sales and Marketing Director at DAEL Group. Notable tenure at Vodafone includes Senior Commercial Manager, where accountability for over £300 million in annual revenues was managed, as well as overseeing substantial contractual obligations worth £1 billion. Additional experience encompasses roles at National Cash Advance as Director of Operations, and Royal Mail, where Phil played a significant role in managing revenues exceeding £150 million across a large portfolio of Post Offices.
