Alexandria Seydel has had a diverse range of work experiences in legal and business roles. Starting in 2010, Seydel worked as a Credit Manager at Wells Fargo Financial before transitioning to a Legal Assistant role at Smith, Hemmesch, Burke & Kaczynski in 2011. From 2013 to 2014, they served as a Mortgage Consultant & Processor at Bridgeview Bank Mortgage. Seydel then joined Stahl Cowen Crowley Addis LLC as a Law Clerk in 2015 and later transitioned to become a Corporate, Real Estate, and Social Enterprise Attorney at the same firm in 2017. Alexandria focused on building a practice in various areas of business and real estate law, with a particular interest in socially-driven entities such as Benefit Corporations and L3Cs. During this time, Stahl Cowen Crowley Addis LLC merged with Dickinson Wright in January 2020. In 2019, Seydel took on the role of Campaign Coordinator for the Cam Davis 4 Us - Campaign to Re-Elect Cam Davis - MWRD, where they worked on the re-election campaign for a Commissioner of the Cook County Metropolitan Water Reclamation District. Alexandria also served as an Associate Board Member for the Chicago Fire Foundation - Chicago Fire Soccer Club during the same year. In 2022, Seydel became the General Counsel at Sentry Enterprises. Later in the same year, they joined AllRise Legal Counsel as a Corporate, Securities, and M&A Attorney.
Alexandria Seydel received their Bachelor of Science degree in Finance and Political Science from The University of Iowa Tippie College of Business in 2010. Alexandria later pursued their Juris Doctor degree at Chicago-Kent College of Law, Illinois Institute of Technology from 2014 to 2017. In addition, they obtained Lean Six Sigma Certification - Yellow Belt in Process Management & Process Improvement (Legal) from the same institution in 2016.
