Jeff Deckert

Jeff Deckert has extensive experience in both technical support and mental health counseling. Since July 1999, Jeff has served as the Manager of Technical Support and previously as an Expert Technical Support Consultant at Allscripts, focusing on customer support for TouchWorks Electronic Health Record, as well as the Meaningful Use Support Team and Electronic Prescribing. In addition to technical support roles, Jeff has been a Licensed Mental Health Counselor at Rosario Counseling & Associates since June 2020, providing counseling services for adolescents, families, couples, and men. Jeff's earlier career includes positions as a Child and Family Therapist at Christian Counseling Associates and VGFW Area Mental Health, where responsibilities included psychological testing and assessment. Jeff holds a Master of Arts in Professional Counseling from Liberty University and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from John Brown University.
