Philip Thomas

Philip Thomas has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Philip started in 1988 as an EMT/Paramedic for the Pediatric Transport Team at Miami Children's Hospital, where they worked until 1991. From 1991 to 1992, Philip worked as a Physician Assistant in Critical Care at the same hospital. In 1993, they joined Alltel Information Services as a Clinical Analyst, working on implementations until 2001. Philip then moved to Allscripts (formerly Eclipsys) in 1993, where they served as a Solution Director in Knowledge Management. Philip continued with Allscripts in various roles, including Eclipsys Implementation Consultant, Project Architect, Senior Director Technical Excellence, and Solution Director of Clinical Applications Development. Finally, in 2018, Philip joined Cancer Treatment Centers of America as an Application Architect.

Philip Thomas attended Killian High School from 1985 to 1987, although no degree or field of study is specified. After high school, they enrolled in young Medical Careers from 1987 to 1990 and earned an Associate of Arts and Sciences degree with a focus on Emergency Medical Technology/Paramedic/ Physician Assistant. Finally, Philip attended Florida International University from 1990 to 1993 and obtained a Bachelor of Applied Science degree in Information Technology.
