Pete Wisnom

Pete Wisnom is currently the Director of Recruiting & Sourcing at AllSearch Recruiting where he is responsible for developing repeatable, effective, and trackable recruiting processes, as well as implementing strategic business initiatives and growth plans. Previously, he served as a Corporate Recruiter at On-Board Engineering Corporation and a Sales Representative at Midwest Fastener. Pete also has experience as a Drafter/Designer at Austin B. Childs Architecture where he designed and drafted residential and commercial projects. He holds an Associate Degree in Specialized Technology in Computer Aided Design and Drafting from York Technical Institute.
