Erin Rowe

Erin Rowe has extensive work experience in various roles and industries. Erin is currently the Founder & CEO of Allspring, a position they have held since January 2021. Prior to this, Erin worked at Pinterest as the Learning and Development Lead from August 2021 to February 2022, and as a Learning and Development professional from January 2021 to July 2021.

Before joining Pinterest, Erin was employed at Webflow as Product Pricing from September 2019 to June 2020. Prior to that, they served as a Program and Product Manager at The College Board from July 2017 to September 2019. Erin started their career at Deloitte Consulting LLC, where they worked as a Strategy Operations Consultant from September 2014 to July 2016.

Erin Rowe has an education background in business administration and finance. Erin completed their Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) with a focus on Consulting and Corporate Finance at UNC Kenan-Flagler Business School from 2010 to 2014. During the same period, they also earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Consulting and Finance from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.

In 2012, Erin participated in a program at Copenhagen Business School, where they studied Business Administration and Management, though no specific degree was obtained.

Furthermore, Erin obtained a certification in "Confronting Bias: Thriving Across Our Differences" from LinkedIn in June 2021.
