Rich Hansen

Rich Hansen has extensive work experience in various leadership roles in the retail and manufacturing industries. Rich is currently the Chief Operating Officer at Allstar Innovations since 2023. Prior to that, they were the Chairman at ODR Group, LLC since 2015, where they served as the CEO and Managing Partner. Rich Hansen also held positions at NOA Brands as President, PVH Corp. as EVP of Strategy & Operations, Hanesbrands Inc. as COO of Maidenform, and Maidenform as COO of Donna Karan Intimates/MF International. Rich has also worked at Lutron Electronics as Director of Finance and LEGO as CFO of DTC Businesses.
