Barb Hupman has a diverse work experience in the field of human resources. Barb started their career at The Nielsen Company in 2000, where they worked as an HR Generalist and later as a Compensation Analyst. In 2011, they joined Allstate Canada as a Manager, Human Resources, and subsequently held various positions including Director of Human Resources, Vice President of People, Culture & Communications, and currently Vice President of Human Resources.
Barb Hupman earned a Human Resources Management Diploma from Seneca Polytechnic in 1998. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology and Sociology from the University of Toronto Scarborough between 1993 and 1997. Although the dates are not provided, Barb also has a certification as a Certified Human Resources Leader (CHRL) from HRPA.
