Bernadette Ghaly

Bernadette Ghaly is a seasoned professional in the insurance industry, currently serving as a Casualty Claims Manager specializing in Accident Benefits at Allstate Canada since September 2012. Ghaly possesses expertise in managing complex litigation files and negotiating with both Plaintiff and Defense Counsel to achieve favorable claim resolutions. Responsibilities also include overseeing team operations and providing direction to the Claims Manager. Prior experience includes roles as a Senior Accident Benefits Claims Advisor, a member of the Special Investigations Unit, and an Auto Claims Adjuster. Before entering the insurance field, Ghaly was a teacher at Smart Village Schools and The Baby Academy.
