Heather Modesto

Heather Modesto has an extensive work experience in the insurance industry. Heather started their career at Allstate Insurance Company of Canada as a Customer Care Agent in May 2010. Heather then worked as a Junior Financial Analyst from June 2011 to November 2012, followed by a role as a Manager, Expense Planning & Spend Analysis from November 2012 to December 2013.

In December 2013, Heather joined Allstate Canada and served as a Manager, Business Planning & Analysis until December 2014. Heather then took on the role of Manager, Risk Analytics from December 2014 to September 2017, followed by the position of Director, Strategic Quality Analytics from September 2017 to March 2019. From March 2019 to November 2022, Heather held the position of Director, Product & Rating Analytics, and currently, they are serving as the Director, Product Development & Analytics at Allstate Canada.

Heather Modesto has a Bachelor of Commerce (BComm) degree from Queen's University, which they obtained from 2004 to 2008. Heather then pursued further education and completed the CPA, CMA designation from the Chartered Professional Accountants of Ontario between 2012 and 2014. Recently, in 2017 and 2018, Heather obtained their Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the Schulich School of Business - York University.
