Katherine Davies

Katherine Davies has a diverse work experience in the insurance industry, with a focus on distribution enablement, claims quality, learning and communications. Katherine worked at Allstate Canada from 2016, initially as a Manager in Education and Consulting, then as a Director in Claims Quality, Learning and Communications. Katherine currently holds the position of Director in Distribution Enablement Design and Delivery, where they lead a national team to improve operational effectiveness and customer experiences across various business areas. Prior to their role at Allstate Canada, Katherine worked at TD starting in 2007, occupying various positions in learning and development, including a managerial role and lead facilitator position. Katherine was responsible for consulting with business partners to identify learning needs, designing and delivering training programs, and conducting evaluations to support learning objectives.

Katherine Davies obtained an Adult Education Certificate in 2000 from Saint Francis University. In 2019, they obtained a Change Management Certification from Prosci Canada and became a Certified Change Management Professional (CCMP) through Prosci.
