Fizza Penwala

Fizza Penwala is a seasoned professional in business process management and continuous improvement, currently serving as the Senior Business Process Management & Continuous Improvement Lead at Allstate Health Solutions since October 2022. Previous experience at Allstate from November 2006 to July 2023 includes roles as a Senior Business Process Consultant, where responsibilities involved product ownership of license service processes and driving automation through bot implementation and proactive service solutions. Additional roles included developing Agile standards, creating management tools for product and resource oversight, and formulating user-centric PMO standards utilizing Six Sigma methodologies. Fizza holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Computer Science from Mumbai University, earned between 1996 and 2001.
