Jennifer Nguyen

Jennifer Nguyen, CHRP, currently serves as a Human Resources Business Partner in Information Technology at Allstate since April 2023. Prior experience includes roles as a Human Resources Business Partner at Oracle from January 2022 to April 2023, and at Purolator Inc. from August 2019 to December 2021. Jennifer's career also includes various positions at Magna International between November 2014 and August 2019, ascending from a Human Resources Coordinator to a Human Resources Generalist. Jennifer holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Labor and Industrial Relations, Employment Relations, and Sociology from the University of Toronto, obtained between 2013 and 2016.
