Melissa Cadet

Melissa Cadet is an experienced UX professional with a strong background in design and user experience across various industries including insurance, retail, and healthcare. Currently serving as a UX Lead at Allstate since March 2023, Melissa previously held the position of Senior II Product Designer at Kroger, where user research was conducted to enhance the Retail Merchandising System. Other roles include User Experience Designer at Blue Cross and Blue Shield, where Melissa developed a streamlined claims experience, and as a Senior UX Designer at 3D Rendered World, focusing on data-driven journey maps.
