Rosemary Morgan serves as the Senior Vice President and Chief Resilience Officer at Allstate since November 2025 and holds a position as a Board Member at the Children's Theatre of Charlotte since July 2023. Previously, Rosemary held various significant roles at Brighthouse Financial from August 2017 to October 2025, including Chief Compliance Officer & Associate General Counsel, VP, Chief Privacy Officer & Associate General Counsel, and AVP, Chief Privacy Officer & Assistant General Counsel. Prior to Brighthouse Financial, Rosemary worked as Corporate Counsel at MetLife from June 2015 to August 2017, and as an Attorney with the New York State Department of Financial Services from September 2014 to June 2015. Rosemary began a legal career as an Associate at Weil, Gotshal & Manges LLP from October 2012 to July 2014 and has experience as an LSAT Instructor and Tutor at TestMasters from June 2008 to April 2011. Academically, Rosemary is a graduate of New York University School of Law with both a Master of Laws (LL.M.) and a Juris Doctor (J.D.), and holds a Bachelor of Arts degree, summa cum laude, from UCLA.
