
The African continent has from the colonial time relied on mineral exportation, loans and grants as it's ideal economic growth. As a result there have been no significant change it is economic growth. Thus, it's young and energetic people have suffered the consequences.

More than 80 million of youths in Africa are out of school most of whom are dropouts due to bad grades, unable to settle school bills etc. These have result to most of the youths taking the decision to embark into the deathly journey to Europe through the Mediterranean Sea. From 2016 to date, over 7400 young men, women and even babies have died trying to cross the sea. Furthermore, numerous studies have revealed that Africa business leaders are struggling to find employees with the required engineering skills within the continent.
