Kevin Collins

Kevin Collins has over two decades of experience in the telecommunications industry, beginning as a System Administrator at Telemark and progressing through various roles at Electric Lightwave, Vanderhouwen and Associates, and Stream International. Prominent positions include serving as a Network Control Technician, Service Assurance Technician II, and Service Assurance Technician III at Integra, where responsibilities included technical support, customer issue resolution, and team leadership. Kevin transitioned to Manager of the Repair Center at Allstream following its acquisition of Integra, overseeing repair processes from December 2012 until August 2023. Kevin holds a Bachelor of Science in Business - Information Technology Management from Western Governors University, completed in June 2021.
