Rachel Puckett

Rachel Puckett is a seasoned telecommunications professional with extensive experience in project management, specifically in integrated and hosted voice services. Beginning in April 2004 at AccessLine Communications, Rachel worked in Carrier Relations before advancing to roles at X5 Solutions, Megapath, and Integra, where responsibilities included managing implementations, customer communications, and technical documentation. Since May 2014, Rachel has served as a UC Project Manager at Allstream, overseeing the deployment and training of various Mitel systems and applications. Rachel holds an SMS Certification in Toll Free/Resporg and has completed education through Mitel.
