Ray Delorenzo

Ray DeLorenzo is an experienced Service Assurance Technician with a focus on voice and data support. Currently serving as a Service Assurance Technician III at Allstream by Zayo Group since March 2023, Ray engages in resolving complex technical issues across various service platforms. Previously, Ray held the position of Data Service Assurance Technician II at Allstream, specializing in Layer 1, 2, and 3 telephony challenges.
