Christina Roka, PHR has been working in the Human Resources field since 2008. Christina began their career in 2003 as a Store Manager at Starbucks. Christina then moved on to become a Manager at McAlister's Deli in 2008. In 2011, they began working as a Crew Member at Trader Joe's. In 2014, they started working at Under Armour as a Store Manager and also at Wells Fargo as a Bank Officer, Personal Banker, and Wells Fargo at Work Advocate. In 2017, they began working at Alltech International, Inc. as a Human Resources Project Manager/ AFSO.

Christina Roka, PHR graduated from The University of New Mexico in 2005 with a degree in Biology, General. In November 2022, they obtained their Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certification from HRCI.
