Ian Cheng is an experienced IT professional with a background in service delivery and support. Currently serving as an IT Service Delivery Specialist at Allteck Limited Partnership since November 2022, Ian has previously held IT Support Specialist roles at Summa Linguae Technologies and Globalme. Ian's early career includes two stints at Absolute Software, where responsibilities included IT support technician roles during co-op placements. Prior to entering the IT field, Ian gained valuable teamwork and training experience as a fry cook at C-lovers Fish and Chips.
