Nichole Williams (Ballingham)

Nichole Williams (Ballingham) has over 20 years of experience in various roles related to sales training and enablement. Their most recent role was as the Senior Director of Sales and Partner Enablement at Alludo. Prior to that, they worked as the Director of Technical Sales Training at Stem, Inc., where they developed and implemented a scalable training program for channel partners and sales teams. Nichole also founded and served as the CEO of Silver Lining Assistance Utah, a nonprofit organization that provided essential resources to families in need. Nichole has held management positions at LogMeIn, Jive Communications, Advantage Solutions, YP, and Downeast Outfitters, where they gained extensive experience in sales training and team management. Nichole began their career as a Senior Corporate Trainer at QWEST Communications, where they conducted needs analysis and developed training programs to meet company objectives.
