Sarah Tavares

Sarah Tavares has extensive work experience in various HR and administrative roles. Sarah currently works at Alludo as an HR Systems Manager since 2023, having previously held the position of HRIS Specialist at the same company from 2022 to 2023. Prior to that, they worked at Corel Corporation as an HRIS Specialist starting from 2021. From 2017 to 2021, Sarah held the role of HRIS Specialist at the YMCAs of Cambridge & Kitchener-Waterloo. In 2017, they also worked briefly as an Office Administrator at AIM Industrial Inc. Sarah's early career included roles at Revera Inc., where they were a Payroll System Analyst from 2016 to 2017, a Payroll Clerk from 2015 to 2016, and a Billing Analyst from 2011 to 2015. Before that, they worked at Food Services Ontario as a Cash Control Analyst in 2010. In their early career, Sarah was an Office Manager at Beverly Automotive Specialists from 1998 to 2010, where they handled general accounting, HR duties, and managed the company's benefit program.

Sarah Tavares completed their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Social Development with a Minor in Human Resources from the University of Waterloo and the University of Waterloo - Renison College. Sarah attended these institutions from 2003 to 2006. Sarah'sstudies primarily focused on Social Development Studies with an option in Human Resources.
