Sarah Oates

Sarah Oates is an accomplished HR and Payroll Systems Implementation Manager with extensive experience in payroll management across multiple organizations. Currently employed at Bettys & Taylors of Harrogate since April 2019, Sarah transitioned from the role of Transformation Payroll Manager to focus on systems implementation. Prior to this, Sarah held the position of Payroll Manager at BT from January 2015 to March 2019 and at Resource from July 2008 to November 2015. Educational qualifications include a Foundation degree in Payroll Management from the University of Worcester and an Associate Diploma in People Management from the University of Bradford School of Management, complemented by training through DPG learn - Virtual College.
