Teresa Szafryk

Teresa Szafryk has a diverse work experience spanning over several industries. Teresa is currently working at Alludo as a Business Development Specialist, starting in July 2021. Prior to this, they worked at Castle Megastore Group, Inc. as a Retail Sales Manager from June 2016 to April 2020. Here, they managed all daily operations of a retail location and coached a team of 10 employees. Before that, they had a similar role at T-Mobile from January 2012 to September 2015, where they managed a retail location and a team of 15 employees.

Teresa also has experience as a General Manager at AMERICAN LEGION POST 27 from March 2008 to July 2011, where they managed the daily operations of the 6th largest Legion in the US and oversaw a team of 47 employees. Teresa's work history also includes a long tenure at AT&T, where they held various roles from June 1995 to July 2007, including Retail Sales Manager, Lead Sales Representative, and Customer Service Representative. During their time at AT&T, they played a key role in managing changes during mergers, led a struggling store to become a market leader, and directed a team of sales leaders and customer service specialists.

Additionally, Teresa has experience as a Business Owner, having owned and managed both Interchange Bar & Grill from October 1992 to April 2004 and Dandy's Night Club from June 1985 to June 1992. In these roles, they successfully revitalized struggling businesses and oversaw daily operations, staff management, and enhanced operational efficiency.

Earlier in their career, Teresa worked as a Computer Aided Design Programmer at Boeing from January 1985 to May 1988, and as an Emergency Admitting Clerk at Valley Medical Center from June 1980 to January 1988. Teresa also worked as a Logistics Analyst Associate at Lockheed Shipbuilding Co from January 1984 to May 1985.

Teresa Szafryk completed their high school education in 1980 at Kent Meridian, where they received their High School Diploma. Following that, they attended Washington State University from 1980 to 1982, majoring in Math and Computer Science.
