Kurt Dillon

Kurt Dillon is a Senior Recruitment Consultant at Allura Partners since May 2022, specializing in executive search for C-suite roles in private equity-backed companies. Additionally, Kurt has served as Director of Move For Men since January 2020, a project focused on supporting men's health and wellbeing through community engagement. Prior experience includes consulting with Interpro People, a global recruitment firm, and a professional athlete career with several National Rugby League teams, including the Parramatta Eels and South Sydney Rabbitohs. Kurt also worked as a Tradesman at Green Options Landscape Management and holds a Bachelor of Construction Management with Honours from the University of Newcastle, completed in 2022.
