Sam Dhatt began their career in 1996 when they founded Allure Labs, Inc. and served as its CEO. In 1999, they founded DermaQuest Inc., where they served as Founder and CEO. SAM also founded DermaQuest Inc. International in 1999 and served as Founder, CEO, and President.

Sam Dhatt obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Marketing & Finance from Savitribai Phule Pune University.
