Chris Martinez

Chris Martinez has a diverse work experience across various companies and roles. Chris is currently the VP of Software Engineering at Allurion Technologies. Prior to this, they worked as the Software Engineering Lead at the same company. Chris is also the Founder and Chief Technology Officer of Stoked Software. Chris has held roles such as Principal Architect and Mobile and Cloud Architect, Technical Practice Lead at Centric Consulting. Additionally, they served as the Director of Software Development at Simplikate, OneUp Games LLC, and SafeCentral. Chris also held the position of Director of Software Development at G4S. Chris started their career as a Senior Software Engineer at IBM and later worked as a Biometrics Advisor at 11i Networks and a Software Engineer at Cross Match.

Chris Martinez holds a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Computer Science from Florida International University, which they obtained from 1989 to 1991. Chris further pursued their education in Computer Science at the same university and earned a Master of Science (M.S.) degree from 1992 to 1995. Later, they attended Florida Atlantic University where they completed their MBA in Operations Management from 2001 to 2004. In addition to their educational background, Chris holds various certifications such as Xamarin Certified Mobile Developer, Professional Scrum Master (PSM), AWS Certified Alexa Skill Builder - Specialty, Certified SAFe® 5 Agilist, PMI Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP), AWS Certified Developer - Associate, and AWS Certified Solutions Architect - Associate.
