Emily Pullen

VP, People at Allurion

Emily Pullen is currently the Vice President of People at Allurion. Prior to this, they served as the Vice President Human Resources at Globalization Partners from September 2020 to November 2021. Emily has also worked as the Strategy NA Head of HR at Accenture from June 2013 to September 2020, and as the HR M&A Principal and New York Metro Market M&A Engagement Lead at Mercer from January 2012 to June 2013.

Emily has extensive experience in HR, including leading a 15+ person HR organization, designing and delivering a business-linked Human Capital Strategy, overseeing organization growth and development, administering annual performance management and compensation processes, and managing employee relations matters. Emily is a strategic and innovative thinker who is able to develop creative solutions to complex problems. Emily is passionate about inclusion and diversity, and is committed to creating an inclusive environment where everyone can thrive.
