Kirk Hindoien has extensive experience in human resources and leadership roles. Kirk served as the Vice President of People and Culture at Alluvion Health, where they oversaw HR strategies and initiatives. Prior to that, they earned an Associate of Science degree in Human Resources Management and Services as well as an Associate of Arts and Sciences degree in Educational/Instructional Technology from the Community College of the Air Force between 2000 and 2002. Kirk also completed various military leadership courses at the Air University, including the Chief Master Sergeant Leadership Course in 2007, the Senior Non-Commissioned Officer Academy in 1997, the Non-Commissioned Officer Academy in 1994, the Non-Commissioned Officer Leadership School in 1989, and the NCO Preparatory Course in 1987.
