Lashanna Farley

Sha has over 25 years of experience in human resources leading teams to build and execute innovative workforce strategies. Prior to Allvue, she served as Chief Human Resources Officer and President of Kenosis Leadership LLC, a leadership and business consulting practice she founded in 2018, and as Chief Human Resource Officer at Young Life, a faith-based 501c3 organization. Before working at Young Life, Sha served as the Vice President of Human Resources at Sabre, a SaaS technology company, and in senior roles at Sam’s Club and Pfizer Inc. Sha earned a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Sociology from Vanderbilt University and a Master’s Degree in Human Resources and Labor Relations from the University of Illinois.
