Matthew Weinreb

Matthew Weinreb currently serves as the Head of CX Strategy & Operations at Allvue Systems, a position held since November 2023. Prior to this role, Matthew was the Senior Director of Customer Success Operations & Business Intelligence at Bottomline Technologies from August 2020 to December 2023, where strategic projects and initiatives were driven in collaboration with the Chief Customer Officer. Earlier experience includes serving as Associate Director of Customer Success at Vista Equity Partners, focusing on go-to-market initiatives and the development of customer health score models, and as Senior Consultant at PTC, where Matthew implemented the Gainsight platform and integrated multiple systems for enhanced customer insights. Matthew's professional journey began in human resources and business analysis, holding roles such as Chief Employee Relations Officer at the Department of Administration RI and Human Resource Specialist at CVS Region 13 Business Office. Matthew holds both an MBA and a Bachelor of Science degree in Human Resources Management from Johnson & Wales University.
