ALLWEST
Scott Marshall, CEG, PG, is an experienced engineering geologist with expertise in client relations and project management at ALLWEST Testing & Engineering since July 2016. Prior to this, Scott contributed as a Geotechnical Specialist and Engineering Geologist at the Idaho Department of Lands, handling statewide geotechnical consulting and designing over 100 bridges. Previous roles include Engineering Geologist positions at Strata Geotechnical Engineering and Pacific Soils Engineering Inc., focusing on geologic investigations and geotechnical reporting. Scott also served as an Environmental Geologist and Hydrogeologist at Kleinfelder, specializing in groundwater modeling. Scott holds a Master's degree in Geological and Earth Sciences/Geosciences from San Diego State University.
