Jamie F Orr

Jamie F Orr, PhD, is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in the fields of coworking, consulting, and education. As the founder and Chaos Coordinator at Untethered Workspace since September 2021, Jamie has established a vibrant coworking environment near Lake Tahoe, NV. Jamie also founded Cowork Tahoe, the first innovation hub on the South Shore, and Jellyswitch, a mobile management platform for flexible workspaces. In addition to consulting through Orr Consulting, Jamie contributes as a writer for Allwork.Space, teaches as an adjunct professor at Lake Tahoe Community College, and has held various roles in workforce development, including Deputy Sector Navigator for California Community Colleges. A former board member of Sustainable Silicon Valley and co-chair of the South Lake Tahoe Economic Development Task Force, Jamie holds a PhD in Condensed Matter Physics from the University of California, Davis, and a B.S. in Physics from California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo.
