Justin Oldham

Justin Oldham currently serves as the Head of Corporate Governance at Allwyn UK, a role undertaken since October 2022, overseeing the licensee functions for the Fourth National Lottery Licence. Prior to this, Justin held various governance and compliance leadership positions, including Head of Governance Unit at the Serious Fraud Office (UK) and Head of Governance at Homes England. Additionally, Justin has experience with the Gambling Commission, where responsibilities included Head of Governance and Assurance for the 4th National Lottery Licence Competition, as well as Head of Compliance for the National Lottery. Justin's career in compliance began at Firebond PLC as Compliance Manager. Educational background includes studies at the University of Cambridge.
