Yanan Zhou

Yanan Zhou is our Head of Legal based in Hong Kong. Prior to joining ABG, she worked in both legal private practice and private equity fund/companies in the financial industry as an in-house counsel, with abundant experience in handling a wide spectrum of legal and compliance matters covering transactions of public and private equity/debt investments, mergers and acquisitions, financings, fund raising, employment, dispute resolution and regulatory matters in Hong Kong, PRC and other major jurisdictions. Yanan obtained her Bachelor of Laws (with honor) and Master of Laws degrees from Tsinghua University and a Master of Laws degree from Harvard University.
