Phil Tortorelli

Phil Tortorelli has had a diverse and extensive work experience in the construction industry. Phil began their career as an Architectural Intern at MD Architecture, LLC from 2004 to 2009. Phil then worked as an Assistant Project Manager at SMC Construction from 2009 to 2010, assisting with interior renovation projects at New York Presbyterian Hospital's Uptown campus. Phil then joined JLL in 2010 as a Project Manager, working on various projects for Honeywell across different locations, and later became a Senior Construction Manager for JLL Construction's branch in Philadelphia from 2012 to 2017. In their role at JLL, they specialized in projects in campus environments and occupied buildings, working with clients such as Merck, JP Morgan Chase, and Wells Fargo. In 2017, Phil moved on to become the Vice President of Construction Operations at ALLY Construction Services, where they oversaw accounts, projects, and team members across the company, focusing on the Pharmaceutical, Industrial, and Commercial Office markets for Fortune 500 companies in multi-tenant and campus-setting environments.

Phil Tortorelli graduated with a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Architecture from the New Jersey Institute of Technology. Phil attended the institute from 2003 to 2008.
