Alma M. is a seasoned professional with diverse experience in logistics and retail management. Currently serving as a Regional Dispatch Manager and previously as an Operations Specialist at Ally Logistics since January 2023, Alma has developed strong operational skills. Prior experience includes roles as Assistant Retail Store Manager and Brand Ambassador at SWAROVSKI from September 2017 to September 2021, as well as a Sales Associate at GUESS?, Inc., and a Cafe Associate at Panera Bread. Alma holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Communication Studies from Grand Valley State University, earned in June 2022, and an Associate of Arts degree from Grand Rapids Community College, completed in 2018, following a High School Diploma from East Kentwood High School in 2016.
