Michele Metcalf

Michele Metcalf has an extensive work experience in the field of sales and account management. Michele is currently working as the Director of Enterprise Accounts at ALM since January 2024. Prior to this, they were a Solutions Consultant at Heartland Business Systems from October 2022 to December 2023. Before that, Michele worked at Verkada where they held multiple roles including Senior Account Executive, Sales Team Lead, and Account Executive from January 2021 to August 2022. Michele also has experience as a Senior Account Executive at CoreTech Leasing, Inc. from September 2019 to January 2021. Michele started their career as a Strategic Account Associate at TransPerfect in October 2016, and they subsequently held the positions of Strategic Account Executive and Senior Strategic Account Executive until September 2019.

Michele Metcalf earned a Bachelor's Degree in International/Global Studies and Sociology from Dickinson College, where they studied from 2012 to 2016. Michele then pursued a Master of Public Administration and Policy with a specialization in Public Management at American University from 2016 to 2018.
