Tim Rath

Tim Rath has extensive work experience in the field of journalism and communications. Tim most recently served as the Director of College Communications at Alma College. Prior to that, they worked as the Editor in Chief and Associate Editor for The Pioneer, where they managed a team of six and oversaw the publication of daily newspapers and lifestyle magazines. Tim also worked as a Weekend Editor and Staff Writer for The Argus-Press, where they wrote and photographed news and feature stories. Tim started their career as a Local Editor for Patch, covering local news and issues in suburban communities. Additionally, Tim has had various internship and writing positions with LifePortal, Tikkun Magazine, Booth Newspapers, and The Karikuy Organization. Overall, Tim's experience showcases their expertise in editorial management, writing, and communication.

Tim Rath completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in Journalism from Oakland University from 2007 to 2009. Prior to that, they attended Macomb Community College from 2004 to 2007, but did not obtain a degree or specify a field of study.
