Michael Vanderham has a diverse range of work experience, starting in 2012 as a Bartender at Fluid Events. Michael then worked as a Dialysis Water Filtration Service Technician and Assistant Manager at Performance Water Systems LLC from 2014 to 2015. Following this, they served as a Service Technician and Salesperson at BATES WATER SOLUTIONS from 2015 to 2016.

In 2017, Vanderham transitioned to the technology recruitment field, first as a Contract Recruiter at SNI Companies and then as a Business Development Manager at SNI Technology.
