Ravi Sharma has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Ravi started their career as a Product Specialist at Johnson & Johnson Hospital Supplies in 2007. Ravi later took on the role of Field Sales Trainer and then progressed to become an Area Sales Manager. During their time at Johnson & Johnson, Ravi played a key role in the formation of the JJHS Project, aiming to provide healthcare solutions to small nursing homes in India.

In 2014, Ravi joined Meril Life Sciences India Pvt Ltd as a Senior Area Sales Manager. Here, they managed a dedicated sales force and was responsible for tasks such as dealer development, market development, people management, and sales forecasting. Ravi excelled in this role and was also involved in institutional business and stock inventory management.

Ravi then moved on to Lotus Surgicals Pvt. Ltd. in 2015, where they worked as a Senior Area Sales Manager for a year. In this role, they played a crucial part in overseeing the sales activities in their designated area.

In 2016, Ravi joined Alma Lasers as a Business Manager. Here, they were responsible for the management of the entire upper north region, as well as overseeing the territories of Himachal Pradesh and Jammu & Kashmir. Alma Lasers is a global leader in providing laser, light-based, radio-frequency, and ultrasound solutions for the aesthetic and surgical markets.

Ravi Sharma earned a Bachelor's Degree in Bachelor of Commerce from Chandigarh University. Ravi also obtained an Advanced Post Graduation Diploma in Pharma Marketing from IIMR- Delhi. Additionally, Ravi Sharma received a certification in OT Protocols from Johnson & Johnson Hospital Supplies.
