Director of Customer Engagement at Alma

Kelly McLean Ladd has a diverse work experience starting from 2007. Kelly began their career as a 3rd-grade teacher at Iredell Statesville Schools, where they developed lessons aligned with state standards and integrated various subject areas. In 2011, they transitioned to Mooresville Graded School District, where they continued their role as a teacher, focusing on designing lessons aligned with Common Core Essential Standards.

In 2015, Kelly joined Alma - Modern tools for K-12 as a Customer Engagement Specialist. Kelly then moved to Alma as a Customer Engagement Specialist, where they contributed to customer success and managing customer engagements. During their tenure, they progressed to become a Customer Success Manager and later a Customer Success Team Lead, showcasing their leadership skills and expertise in customer engagement.

Kelly's most recent position is as the Director of Customer Engagement at Alma, starting in April 2022. In this role, they are responsible for overseeing customer engagement and ensuring customer satisfaction.

In August 2013, Kelly obtained a certification as a DEN Star from Discovery Education.
