Janani Sathviga

Janani Sathviga has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles.

In 2017, they worked as a Management Trainee at Ujjivan Small Finance Bank Limited for a year, gaining valuable experience in the banking sector.

Janani then transitioned to Fullerton India Credit Company Ltd. in 2018, where they worked as a Relationship Manager - Mortgage, specializing in network building, market research, and sales.

In 2019, they joined Reculta as a Business Development Manager, focusing on SaaS Ed-Tech platforms and successfully establishing partnerships with potential prospects in Maharashtra and Gujarat.

In 2020, they joined FamPay as part of the People Team, taking on various responsibilities related to talent acquisition, policies, and programs development.

Their most recent position has been with The Talent Deck, where they joined in 2022 as part of the Community team.

Currently, Janani holds the position of Director - People Success at Almabase, starting from 2023.

Janani Sathviga completed their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Social Sciences from Tata Institute of Social Sciences. Janani attended the institute from 2012 to 2015. After that, they pursued a Master of Arts (M.A.) degree in Development Policies, Planning and Practice from the same institute, graduating between the years 2015 and 2017.
