Josh Debner

Josh Debner is currently a Senior Product Manager at Almanac. Previously, they worked as a Senior Product Manager at Zillow Group from December 2018 to March 2022, where they were responsible for the customer experience for Zillow Offers customers who expressed interest in getting an offer through to signing a contract to sell their home. This included customer expectation setting and status portal, self serve tools for scheduling evaluations, and experimentation on the offer presentation to optimize for business metrics and customer satisfaction. Prior to that, Josh worked as a Program Manager for Software, Firmware & Design for Headphone & App Experience at Human, Inc. from May 2016 to July 2018, where they were responsible for device interactions, companion app and measuring hardware fit. Josh also worked as a Creative Engineer at Deeplocal from February 2011 to August 2011, where they found ways to turn digital signals into real physical interactions people could experience. Josh used Arduinos and various microcontrollers to build custom electronics quickly and efficiently, including an internet controlled train with video camera, an all in one gym converted into a power source, radio alerts for temperature sensors, and watering of plants based on certain computer interaction.

Josh Debner attended Carnegie Mellon University where they earned their BS in Electrical and Computer Engineering.
